Room to rent in elegant bush paradise

We are seeking mature female flatmates to share our sprawling house set on a large block, surrounded by lush greenery.

The pool is maintained, and cleaners come fortnightly to ensure everything remains beautiful.

A gardener is included too, so there is not a single thing to do at home but relax.

The massive study offers generous desk-space for everyone.

Top quality security screens on all doors and windows mean you can leave the doors/windows open 24 hours a day if you like, to let the house breathe.

You are welcome to have internet in your room, but there is no television, so that the living spaces remain quiet, and conducive to relaxation or study.

The claw foot bath is a dream. There's plenty of room in the other rooms to spread out and do yoga!

The birdsong in the mornings from the lush gardens is gorgeous, and the fresh Hills air has to be breathed to be believed!

Our home is a place of restoration and retreat. No overnight visitors, to maintain the privacy of our sanctuary.

We are hoping to find more mature ladies (over 50, like us!), but are open to any gentle spirit.

Bilgoman swimming pool is just down the road, and there are gorgeous walking tracks all over Darlington, plus bike trails.

We have Catholic artworks in our house (crucifix, pictures), so we would want you to feel comfortable with our interior design. We also love Bougeareau prints, and anything classical and beautiful!

If you have special pieces of furniture you would like to keep in our common areas (the house is huge), this may be possible, with the agreement of all housemates, so long as it is in keeping with the harmony and open-feel of the house.

In addition to the $250 room, we have one with a King Single bed (not queen, like the rest) for $200, plus another with its own ensuite for $300.

Kookaburras rest on the pool fence, and bandicoots come to the door.
